Development Procedures

1. Email or phone and let us know you are interested in having Build My Web develop your web site. The initial consult is FREE of charge.
2. We will discuss your target audience for the site.
3. We will discuss the design, layout, content, and navigation elements for your site.
4. We will send you an agreement in .pdf form. A signed original copy of the Project Agreement and retainer for 50% of the estimated price will be payable before work begins.
5. You will submit to us any images and/or text that you wish to have included on your website. You can do so via email. You should also offer any design ideas ( color schemes, content themes, layout concepts, etc. ) you have at this time via email and/or phone. A good way to go about this is send links to us to sites that you like. Tell us what it is you appreciate about each so that we can better visualize your taste.
6. We will develop your site on our development server. From here you will be able to direct its progress. Once your website is completed, final payment of the balance is due. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will publish your website.
